Our hospital has female doctors and midwives who have worked in perinatal facilities. We accept consultations regarding pregnancy, before and after childbirth. We provide medical care that takes care of your mind and body, which change throughout pregnancy. The contents of the medical treatment are as follows.

＊If you are a high-risk pregnant woman, you may have the possibility to be transferred to a specialized perinatal hospital.
Prenatal checkups
Togoshiginza Ladies Clinic offers semi-open prenatal checkups in cooperation with nearby delivery hospitals to help women have a healthy pregnancy. Women who give birth in their hometown can also receive prenatal checkups up to around the 34th week of pregnancy. Coupons attached to the mother and child health handbook issued by the local government in Japan can be used.
We provide a service for ultrasound images of your baby which can be download by your smartphone app. You can keep these record of your prenatal checkups as a memory.
*Having prenatal checkups, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time as tests (urine and blood pressure measurements) will be required. Thank you for your cooperation.
3D・4D Ultrasound examinations
We perform 2D transabdominal ultrasound examinations at every prenatal checkup. If you would like to see the baby's face and appearance in more detail, we reserve about 30 minutes for a 3D/4D ultrasound examination that can display a three-dimensional image. Good images can be obtained with 3D/4D ultrasound examinations from around the 20th to 30th week of pregnancy. Depending on the position of the baby, it may be difficult to be observed. This is by appointment only, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
*As this menu requires time, we ask to make a reservation between 14:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. For patients who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, or after 17:00 on weekdays, we may ask you to change the date and time of your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
Mid-wife consultations
In addition to prenatal checkups by obstetricians, we also provide health guidance by midwives before and after birth so that pregnant patients can approach childbirth with peace of mind. Please feel free to consult us about any small anxieties or concerns you may have.
During prenatal checkups, there are three times to have the midwife consultation. Once is in the early, mid, and late stages of pregnancy. After childbirth, we can also support for breastfeeding and child-rearing consultations and a doctor's examination if there are any necessaries.
